The team at Union has set a foundation for the world’s most advanced snowboard boot ever developed. We’ve invested heavily in industry leading R&D, streamlined production processes, new machinery, materials, and people.
Our goal is simple: We aim to transform the snowboarding experience by building the world’s best snowboard boots.

When you think of the world’s leading design center for outdoor footwear, you can only think of one place — Montebelluna, Italy. For generations Montebelluna has been the leader in alpine boot craftsmanship and innovation. When we decided to invest in the boot category, there was no other option than right here in our own backyard.
100% Control
Inside of the new Union Boot Division headquarters we control 100% of the product design, engineering, prototyping, testing, and supply chain. By vertically integrating all our processes under one roof, we drastically lower development time of our boots while maintaining direct visibility over product quality. With decades of experience in snowboard specific materials, we can share materials between boots and bindings to easily surpass MOQ’s while using exclusive materials not available to other brands.
